Refunds

If you ask us to cancel your order before we have shipped it, we will refund the full amount of your order with shipping, less 3% to cover credit card fees.

If your order is not acceptable due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, contact us by email naturesimagefarm@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace the item, refund your payment or offer monetary compensation.

If you change your mind after receiving your order and ask for a refund, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return. You are responsible for return shipping via UPS or freight, as needed. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

The balance of any refund will be returned to the same method of payment for the original order.

Warranty

We guarantee all products to be delivered in usable, working, new condition upon delivery.

If a product is found to be defective,  contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement of the product, or a refund including shipping cost, at our discretion. If an item has minor cosmetic defects but remains functional, we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied, either with a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion. Our number goal is to provide quality products, at a reasonable price, with excellent customer service.
